Artists have always been turning the most unlikely objects and ideas into stunning imagery. Now artists are looking to all forms of inspiration pulling from every medium. Crafts, apparel, pottery, anything and everything crisscrossing in harmony. Even used items, to some, become the foundation for an amazing art work to others. Trash is art, and art is life. So therefore trash is life.
Refuse is now the palette to work from more than any other. The dawning of the green age is upon the world and its no surprise that artists are at the forefront. Nothing goes wasted, not even ideas or concepts of the past. Art is a personal expression, on a human level it connects with the thoughts of others. Memories are awakened, ideas are created, and if the impact is strong, someone might take something away from their experience and start to create their own. DERRIC

Pushing the boundaries of art with fashion, David Hughes amazing work of still life is truly something to be savored. This English man is heading our way for July. Take note. ANONYMOUS
I’ve seen some risque pieces of art before, but this piece by Brian M. Viveros really did it for me, in a good way. Its completely raunchy and perverted, but beautiful. I love the colors and the rough texture. Very sultry if i do say so myself. You can view, and buy, similar works at Sexyartgallery.com RYAN DYE
Can you even imagine? I know Galliano is fucking crazy, but damn! Is this where mens shoes are heading? Interesting. Kinda like peter pan shoes on acid. RYAN DYE

I’m not that into status bags, particularly those designed by certain overrated art superstars, but there’s nothing I love more than a monster carryall, and Prince’s color palette gives me a little bit of a girl-boner. So, when I came across this charming little photo montage in the NYT style section, I had to click. The best part is actually Bill Cunningham’s voice over—the man’s a right wing political pundit but he has ADORABLE things to say about ladies’ handbags. HALEY

Bottom line, artists need to make money. They need to make money but they also need to express themselves through art. It’s so hard for the artist to make money of their art and thats where Littlepaperplanes.com comes in handy. This is a site where you can post and sell your art. Its also a nice way to connect with other artists. Go buy some art! RYAN DYE
